Situated on the calm street of Carmencita, this Coffee and tea salon has not only sweet treat like chocolate, but also serve a delightful breakfast and lunch (or brunch for the WE).
Patagonia is first a Chilean brand for artesian chocolate with a fabric in Valdivia. But the 3 daughters have decided to diversify and opened this nice place at the heart of Las Condes.
But what we do love about this boutique and the reason why we don’t pass one month without stopping by is its ice-cream.
Sorbet are good but ice-cream are a must, the best ice-cream we have found in the whole countries (and believe us we do love ice-creams and have tested tones of specialised shops). I usually not a big fan of pistachio, but here the pale green colour made me try. It is wonderful you taste the pistachio (though we recently found it a bit too much sugared). Vanilla from Madagascar is another great flavour. And of course all the kind of Chocolate (remember chocolate is the speciality of the house!)
